Returns

We at Vijverleven are not unreasonable, which is why we give you 100 days to return an item. Of course, it must be unused and in its original packaging; we reserve the right to refuse a return if there is breakage or damage. You can always cancel your order before it has been shipped. Just call or email us with your order number, and we can always cancel the order before it ships.

How do returns work at Vijverleven?

Want to return something? Please contact us at info@vijverlevenhub.com or through the contact form . We generally charge €4.95 for returns per shipment. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
However, in the event of damage, a defective product, or an incorrect delivery, no return costs will be charged. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in this email. We will then provide you with a return label to return the package. The item to be returned must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving the label.

Please note: *If the purchase amount falls below €75 after returning 1 or more products, shipping costs will still be charged.

* Products with additional shipping costs can be returned, but this is not free due to the special transport we have to schedule for this and the additional costs involved!

When can I expect my purchase amount?

We process our returns within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few more business days for the amount to appear in your account.
